New Look for the Outsourcing Journals

Hairdresser We're excited to share with you the news that the Outsourcing Journals will have a new design and expanded content beginning spring, 2001. We'll still present the case studies that have been the heart and soul of the journals, but we will introduce several new departments and columns.

"Insights and Perspectives" will feature in-depth interviews to help buyers understand when and what to outsource and how to get the most value from outsourcing. We'll research the latest developments in the newest potential areas of outsourcing and present that information to you in our "Hot Topics" department. We'll also include a series of best practices articles and a question/answer column with outsourcing analysts.

Visitors from more than 160 countries outside the U.S. read the journals each month. In some of those countries, outsourcing is just on the horizon or still fairly new; in others, it lags behind the U.S. by only a few years. Our new "Global Perspectives" column will feature recent developments in outsourcing in many of those countries.

We'll also continue to include stories about what's happening on the Internet and in particular industries, as well as growth in the area of government outsourcing and privatization. Through the Outsourcing Journal and the BPO Outsourcing Journal, our goal is to provide insight into outsourcing and help you understand it so that you can get the most value from it.

Along with the new design and content of the journals, the Outsourcing Center will have a facelift this spring. We know you'll like the improved navigation throughout the site. We're making it easier for you to access the valuable tools available at the Center. We look forward to another year of exploring outsourcing together with you, our readers.
